Physically, he functions fine as a figure, but even when the figure was first revealed I do notice that there were quite a number of paint apps that were omitted compared to Armada/ML Starscream's anime and previous toy appearances, which IMO really drags the figure down quite a bit (And my opinion on that still remains the same when I got him in-hand) Just got my Legacy Armada Starscream yesterday.
